Double component PU waterproof coating belongs to double component chemical reaction curing type waterproof coating. Component A is an isocyanate-blocked prepolymer obtained by poly-condensing with polyether and isocyanate. Component B is a colorful liquid formed by plasticizer, curing agent, thickener, coagulant and filler. In use, the components A and B are mixed evenly at a ratio and then Brushed/spray on the waterproof base layer surface, and then subjected to cross-linked curing at normal temperature to form rubber-like elastic coating film, thereby achieving waterproofing effect.

This product belongs to double component chemical reaction type waterproof coating which is green and environment friendly with strength up to 6.0MPa or higher and elongation up to 600% or higher and high adaptability to base layer cracking, expansion and shrinkage.Low temperature resistance: able to resist low temperature below -35℃ and able to form seamless and complete elastic waterproof layer after curing of product;Water resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, mould resistance and able to bear long term water immersion.High bonding strength, good bonding effect with bonding strength up 2.5Mpa or higher;Due to convenient application, it is only required to mix the two components evenly and then Brush/spray them onto the base surfaces.Due to convenient repairs, original waterproofing effect can be achieved only by repairing local damaged parts, resulting less time, less labor and less cost.Color adjustable to meet different color requirements;

Applicable to waterproof engineering such as non-exposed roofs, underground engineering, bathroom, balcony, water pool, and parking lot; applicable to waterproofing work such as parts with complex structure and crossed pipes; notes: in case of need for dilution, please use the diluents specified by Hongyuan or contact technicians of Hongyuan;

Applicable to waterproofing work of high speed railway, elevated bridge, expressway and so on and to waterproofing engineering of civil and industrial buildings, underground projects, municipal engineering, bridges, metros and dams and in particular to waterproofing engineering with complex crisscrossed pipes

No work is allowed to be carried out in snowy and rainy days or days with wind being grade 5 or higher ,The ambient temperature of the work shall not be lower than 5℃,not be higher than 35℃.After application is completed , materials protection should be performed .Construction site No smoking ,No fire ,Pay attention to the ventilation. To protect the waterproof performance of PU film .Cannot add diluent .

The storage site should be protected against insolation and rain and should be well ventilated , Far away fire , the storage temperature shall be 5℃-40℃.The storage period is one year starting from the date of products in the case of normal storage and transportation conditions
